Styles and flavours
Copenhagen Sparkling Tea’s range offers the same variety of styles and flavours as any of our beloved wine producers – so it’s well worth exploring, especially if (like us, until we met CST) you’re new to the sparkling tea sector.

The Green Teas
We recommend starting here, with Grøn and Lysgrøn. Both have a green base and are full of the vibrant, citrus, lemongrass and floral aromas you’d expect from the style. Grøn is a low-alcohol drink of 5% whilst Lysegrøn is non-alcoholic. These sparkling teas pair perfectly with oysters, seafoods and salads.
The ‘Rosé’
We all love a good bottle of pink fizz and Copenhagen Sparkling Tea are no different. So they’ve come up with Rød, a playful take on rosé wine. It blends fine Darjeeling tea with Earl Grey and South Africa’s famous Rooibos, to combine red berries, hibiscus, bergamot, blackberry and a balanced citrus twist. Drink exactly as you might a sparkling rosé – with fruity desserts, fish, or on its own in the sun (we can dream).
The Black Teas
These are the deeper, richer, more robust styles, perfect for this time of year, and for heartier, more intense dishes. Blå brings together ‘the champagne of teas’ – First Flush Darjeeling, with green and jasmine teas for elegance and sophistication, whilst Vinter brings spices perfect for this chillier time of year.
