Puligny-Montrachet Blanc has a bright pale yellow appearance. It offers youthful aromas of ripe tropical fruits of peaches and quince with an expressive and mineral spicy edge. On the palate, a delicious, refreshing balance of fruit and acidity. Cellaring potential 3 to 5 years. Serve at 11°C to 13°C. Perfect with poached-eggs in white wine sauce, Provence style sea bream, veal paupiettes, or Chaource cheese.
