A very typical expression of Pouilly-Fuissé, with a fine balance between ripeness and acidity, which is highly seductive and will evolve perfectly over 2 or 3 years. The tasting expresses elegance and purity: on the nose, lemony and mineral aromas. The palate is rich and greedy with saline notes and a long finish. With ageing, the complexity of white Burgundies comes through: honey, toast, roasting and orange peel.
