Deep, brilliant ruby. Elegant nose of red fruit and liquorice, lifted by a hint of spice. Round and well-balanced on the palate with seductive freshness and a supple texture, with notes of blackcurrant and liquorice that linger through a harmonious finish. Cellaring potential 2 to 3 years. Serve at 14°C to 15°C. Perfect with grilled meat or mature cheese.
