The Perfect Match: Graham’s Port Partner with adidas’ Home of Padel

This summer, Graham’s Port have been delighted to be the official drinks partner of adidas Home of Padel’s 2023 event series.

The world’s fastest growing sport with over 18 million players worldwide, HOP is the leading Padel event operator in the UK, founded in 2021 by National GB Men’s coach and former GB captain, John Leach, and former LTA Padel Tour player Javier Serrats.

Having worked closely with Padel in Portugal for several years, Graham’s were very excited to support the sport in the UK at the London Padel Open 2023, the biggest Padel tournament ever staged in the UK.

The Open was held at the LTA National Tennis Centre in London from the 3rd-6th August.

Across the three days, the dedicated team at the Graham’s Port bar served a compilation of Blend Series cocktails: the iconic Blend No.5 White Port & Tonic, the bespoke Blend No.12 Padel Spritz, and the Blend No.12 Sangria Serve – a classic summer cocktail with a port twist.

Alongside the ports, Altano wines were the exclusive wine of the London Open, where spectators were given the chance to enjoy the Altano Rosé, White and Rewilding, as they relaxed in deckchairs and beanbags at the Graham’s Port Court while watching the action.

Despite the unforgiving British weather, it was a fantastic three days of nail-biting matches and the Graham’s team felt honoured to support, with the champions receiving an incredible 4.5 litre bottle of Graham’s 10-Year-Old Tawny.

Congratulations to the winners and all the players involved – it was an absolute pleasure to partner with adidas Home of Padel this summer.
