Farewell to an old friend

James, who has been one of the company’s most familiar and popular faces, joined Fells when it was based in Acton back in the 1980’s.  Since then, he has witnessed many of the changes that the company’s has undergone such as its relocation to new offices in Berkhamsted in 1996, the move to its current offices in Kings Langley in 2017, and the growth of the business to become the UK’s leading distributor of Port and fine wines.

Well-known and highly respected by the company’s customer base, he will be greatly missed. He leaves with the very best wishes of all the staff at Fells, as well the many customers that he has worked with over the years.

James will be replaced by Lorraine Murgatroyd, the new Customer Services Manager, whose career in Customer Services and Logistics began in 2001 with Negociants UK and joined Fells when the Negociants wines became part of the Fells portfolio in 2018.
