Sunny, south facing vineyards on the estate, together with the all-important belemnite chalk, allowing the perfect balance of drainage and water retention, provides the perfect environment for growing exceptional Chardonnay.
Sensitive winemaking in the gravity-fed winery brings the pristine elegance of this variety to its most dazzling life, forming the base of Hambledon’s Classic Cuvée as well as the entirety of the 95-Point, Decanter Gold-winning Blanc de Blancs.
