Monday 13^th May – Vintage Port Day

We are delighted to be holding the second Symington Family Estates Vintage Port Day this May. Held in Amsterdam for the first time last year, Vintage Port Day is now coming to London and will offer the trade the opportunity to taste a wide range of vintages from the last few decades. A day dedicated to celebrating the pinnacle of the Douro Valley, it will comprise of three special masterclasses exploring different topics around Vintage Port and hosted by members of the Symington Family. There will also be a Panel Discussion on the business of selling Vintage Port, and a Blind Vintage Port Tasting challenge for sommeliers throughout the day.

Monday 17^th June – Wiston Blending Masterclass

Members of the London on-trade have the special opportunity to participate in a comprehensive technical tasting hosted at the Wiston Estate this April. They will have the chance to explore dosage and disgorgement, the impact on traditional method sparkling wines, and taste a selection of wonderfully aged wines at different dosage levels. During their visit, they will also tour Wiston’s splendid winery and head out into the South Down to visit the estate’s original vineyard.
