This wonderfully complex pure Cabernet Franc wine has the herbaceous signature of this one varietal, with aromas of ripe plums, sweet mint, sage and thyme. The lush palate gives way to cherries, strawberries wild and liquorice followed by notes of cedar and toast. The finish lingers with hints of white pepper and truffle.
