Solear is renowned for being one of the finest Manzanilla blends available. This wine is supremely elegant and pure. Through the fractional blending “solera” system it has been aged for 6 years and is Spain’s best selling Manzanilla. At 15% alcohol it should be treated like any white table wine; well refrigerated and consumed soon after opening to be enjoyed at its best.
