Rully Blanc 2023 is a brilliant pale yellow colour. The nose is intense, with notes of yellow fruit and vanilla. The palate is full and round, with notes of apricot and fresh almond. Fresh finish. Cellaring potential 2-3 years. Serve at 11°C-13°C. Perfect with asparagus, rabbit terrine, trout with almonds and goat’s cheese.
