Pale coral pink in colour. A wild bouquet of ripe melon, peach iced tea, raspberry, green mango and cherry blossoms. The wine has great presence and generosity with flavours of strawberry and cranberry that leads to a pink grapefruit finish. Enjoy with balsamic glaze drizzled prosciutto-wrapped rockmelon, salt and pepper eggplant or squid.
