The baby brother to Tyrrell’s famous Vat 9 Shiraz, the Hunter Valley Shiraz is made to the same high standards that our flagship Shiraz receives. A selection of some of our top blocks, most of which are dry rown and averaging 40 years in vine age. A classic medium-bodied Hunter style. Deceptively rich with a savoury pepper and charcuterie flavour mixed in good proportions with ripe red and black berry fruits.
