Boulard, Grand Solage, 70cl

Boulard calvados is the leader of the Calvados Pays d’Auge appellation, the most prestigious among the three appellations of Calvados, since 1825. The Grand Solage is the result of the blending of different Calvados Pays d’Auge, double distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged 2 to 5 years. After selecting calvados with complementary qualities, the Cellar Master blends them in secret proportions. It has balanced flavour with prominent apple, characteristic of the Pays d’Auge terroir, and a beautiful vanilla note.
