Award winning blush sparkling wine, traditional method with second fermentation in bottle. Miguel Torres recovers from the past Chile’s oldest grape varietal. Grown by a large number of small farmers, the varietal ‘Pais’ was long forgotten and undervalued until it was recently rediscovered for making top quality wines. Each bottle of sparkling ‘Pais’ consumed helps to create demand and, as a result, better conditions for the winegrowers of Chile.
