Clarence Dillon, Clarendelle Bordeaux Rose, 75cl, 2025

These wines boast a brilliant and crystal-clear salmon pink colour. The nose is bursting with fresh fruit, starting with notes of mandarin orange followed by aromas of grenadine and raspberry. Floral hints of rose petal then come to the fore with swirling in the glass. The aromas become even more concentrated on the palate, enhanced by notes of grapefruit, redcurrant and peach. There is a lovely balance between delicious saltiness and the sweetness of ripe fruit. The palate is round, concentrated, long-lasting and flavourful, revealing the distinctive smoothness of elegant and complex rosés in a very high-quality vintage.
