Beaune “Perrières” has aromas of liquorice, blackberry and cherry. It is full and fruity on the mouth with lovely tannins on the finish. Cellaring potential 7 to 10 years. Serve at 15°C to 17°C. Perfect with Beef “Bourguignon”, duck breast, woodcock, Camembert or soft cheese.
