Blandy's, 10 Year Old Bual, 75cl, NV

A medium-sweet fortified wine from of Madeira, aged for an average of 10 years in seasoned American oak casks using the traditional Canteiro system, where casks are gradually moved from warmer upper floors to cooler lower floors of the lodge to gently heat the wine. Clear and amber-coloured, offering complex aromas and flavours of figs, prunes, caramel, toasted walnuts, vanilla, and hints of orange peel, cinnamon and cardamom. Fantastic with cheese, nuts, chocolate and dessert.
