‘Back to the Future: reviving heritage grape varieties of the past’

Our first masterclass, hosted by Mireia Torres, delves into Familia Torres’ resurrection of forgotten Ancestral Grape Varieties, reviving the historic flavours of Catalan wine. Tasting through a range of rare varieties, we’ll explore how these treasured grapes can help plot a sustainable course for the future, rooted in tradition and terroir.

Maison Louis Latour has made wine on the hallowed slopes of Corton for over two centuries.
