Very pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of freshly cut grass, grapefruit, green apples and white blossom with hints of fresh herbs, lemon rind and a touch of flint from the wild ferment. The palate is vibrant, bursting with life and zest. Flavours of lemon drop and passionfruit butter join the flavours from the nose, with zesty acidity on the lingering finish.
