Maison Louis Latour’s 2024 En Primeur tasting
On Tuesday 13th January we assembled some sixty of the great and the good of the wine press and trade to join us at the venerable Claridge’s Hotel for a first-ever En Primeur tasting of Maison Louis Latour wines in the UK.
Along with a stellar lineup of their 2024s, much praised by all in attendance, Louis Latour treated guests to a selection of library vintage bottlings from appellations across the region (the Montrachet emptied notably quickly…) as well as current and library vintage wines from their sister winery, Simonnet-Febvre. There were even a few bottles of Crémant de Bourgogne – it was a celebration, after all.
Enormous thanks to everyone who came along and made the event such a success. And especially to Eléonore Latour and her team from Louis Latour, who joined us behind the tables on pouring duty and to share the story of the Maison, and their superb 2024s.
