After earning her degree in oenology and viticulture from Catalunya University, she began her career crafting both exquisite Manzanilla and traditional table wines that highlight the heritage of the region. Montse believes Manzanilla pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, particularly those featuring vinegar, salt, or seafood, making it a perfect accompaniment for sushi and other international cuisines.
Alice Tétienne, Champagne Henriot
As Cellar Master and Vineyards Director, Alice Tétienne continues the legacy of Apolline Henriot, the pioneering woman who founded Champagne Henriot in 1808. Under Alice’s skilled guidance, Henriot pays tribute to women’s contributions in Champagne with special cuvées like “Hemera,” named after the Greek goddess of daylight.
