Fells Annual Portfolio Tasting – Another great event

Fells are delighted to announce that their Annual Portfolio Tasting, which took place at the IET, Savoy Place, London was another triumph, attracting the cream of the UK wine trade with attendee numbers matching those of last year’s record.

There were several highlights at this year’s event including two very well attended masterclasses; one with Paul Holmes à Court who hosted a tasting to show the progression of Vasse Felix Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignons over the last 50 years, and one hosted by Marc Hochar whose masterclass showed the differing characteristics of Bordeaux blends by comparing a selection of Chateau Musar vintages to those of Château Léoville Barton and Vilafonté C Series.

This year’s event also welcomed the addition of the new wineries that have recently joined Fells including Hambledon Vineyard, Joseph Burrier and Altesino, as well as Copenhagen Sparkling Tea which joined the portfolio during the summer of last year.
