The Reserve range from Vergelegen showcases varietals from the premium vineyards on the estate. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the estate’s Rooiland vineyards which are planted on granite, Hutton and Clovelly soils that contribute to the outstanding wine produced. A complex wine with blackcurrants, spice, ripe plums and attractive wood aromas and flavours. It is full and rich with prominent tannins.
