Estate Zweigelt, 75cl, 2015

Zweigelt is a red grape variety originating in Hermann’s homeland of Austria – and is a favourite at Seifried family gatherings. Seifried has just 11 rows, totaling less than one hectare of Zweigelt planted at Brightwater Vineyard.

The 2015 Zweigelt is warm, succulent and inviting on the nose. Seasonal dark cherries, blackberries and toasty notes come through on the nose and palate. Juicy texture with ripe tannins wrapping around the wine and lingering on the finish.
